✅Supervise Critical Lifts in Real Time: Make on-the-spot decisions, adjustments, and calls to maintain safety and performance throughout the operation.

✅Document & Maintain Compliance: Ensure documentation is complete, procedures follow OSHA 1926.1400 and ASME P30.1, and all actions are recorded for accountability.
