What’s the difference between Rigger Level I & Level II?
Rigger Level I – Basic Rigging & Load Support
Our Level I riggers are trained to:
- Select, inspect, and configure slings, shackles, hooks, and chains for proper use.
- Assist in load alignment and basic hitching (basket, choker, vertical).
- Execute lifts following pre-thorough lift plans or supervisor instruction.
- Understand basic load control, including center of gravity and weight limits.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA 1926.251 and ASME B30.9 safety regulations.
